Authors should prepare a poster with 120 cm high by 80 cm wide. A good poster should be very brief, clear, and attractive at a glance. Present your data as the easiest way to understand, for example, charts and figures are preferable than tables.
Poster presentation will be at Room 307 and 308 on 3rd floor of 45th anniversary building, Faculty of Science, Kasetsart University. Authors are kindly asked to put up their posters before 10.00 am on Wednesday, 29th April 2015.
Poster setup time are 16.00-18.00 pm on Tuesday, 28th April 2015 and 8.00-10.45 am on Wednesday, 29th April 2015. You will be provided with materials, such as tape or pins for your poster set up at poster room.
All posters will be display during the 2-day symposium in order to enable the conference participants to view and all posters need to be taken down before 6 pm on Thursday, 30th April 2015. After this time, the remaining posters will be disposed by the conference staff.
ACC5 Best Poster Awards
On this occasion three outstanding posters will be awarded with the ACC5 Best Poster Awards. A panel of the ACC5 academic committee will evaluated all posters based on the quality of their research work. The award presentation will take place during the Closing Ceremony. All award decisions by the ACC5 academic committee are final and may not be challenged by anyone.
As a speaker at the ACC5, we kindly request you to read the instructions very carefully to ensure the smooth facilitation of your participation at the conference.
Please name your *.ppt file with your name
(e.g. ACC5_Chatchawan Jantasuriyarat.ppt). This is important as all files will be stored on a computer from which speakers will access their presentation file (either ppt file or pdf file) when giving their talk. Using a consistent naming system will enable rapid identification and access to your file.
Before Your Presentation
Upon completion of your registration process at the ACC5 table, you are requested to immediately proceed to the Speakers Room (Room 331 Floor 3 Building: 45th Anniversary), located on the third floor of the conference venue. You are requested to bring your PowerPoint presentation in a USB stick/thumb drive to save your file on a conference computer.
The Speakers Room will be equipped with laptops giving you a chance to view and/or edit your presentation.
Please note: The use of your own laptop during your presentation IS NOT ALLOWED.

29th – 30th April 2015 08:00 – 16:00
- Speakers using MS Vista, please save your PowerPoint presentations as the 97/2003 version.
- Speakers using Mac, please convert your presentation to MS version.
Speakers are requested to be at their symposium room at least 15 minutes before a session begins. This will give speakers an opportunity to meet their session chair/moderator, and also to receive any last-minute instructions.
During Your Presentation
A room assistant, a computer technician, and a lights & sound technician will be present at the room at all times to assist if you encounter any technical problems.
In consideration of your fellow speakers and delegates, kindly keep to the schedule and avoid going over your allotted presentation times.
Plenary talks are scheduled for 35 minutes.
Invited speaker talks are scheduled for 25 minutes.
Other talks are scheduled for 15 minutes.
The schedule includes time of your presentation, Q&A session and change-over between speakers and a brief introduction of each speaker. Please help us to manage the time accordingly.
